    EBSCO offers a vast and comprehensive digital academic collection that supports teaching, learning, and research across disciplines. The platform provides access to 3,000+ e-journals and 5,000+ e-books, covering a wide range of subjects and specialized concepts.

    In addition, EBSCO includes 25,000+ animated videos to enhance visual and interactive learning, along with 50,000+ high-quality images for academic presentations and instructional use. The database also contains a significantly large number of full-text scholarly articles, ensuring in-depth and reliable research support.

  1. Open your web browser.

  2. Go to Google.

  3. Type “EBSCOhost” in the search bar.

  4. Click on the official link –

After clicking the official link, the Sign In page will appear.

You will see options such as:

  • Search by name, city, or institutional email

  • Username / Email login

  1. In the search box labeled “Let’s find your institution,” type your institution’s name.
    Example: SMBT Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre

  2. Select the correct institution from the dropdown list.

⚠️ Make sure to select the correct college name to ensure proper access.

After selecting your institution:

  • Enter your Username and Password
    OR

  • Use Institutional Login / Remote Access

Click on the Continue button.

ID & Password: Kindly check your registered email address.
(Those who have not received their ID & Password are requested to contact the Central Library.)

After logging in:

  • A list of available databases will appear.

Examples:

Choose the database relevant to your subject area.


For Example: I Choose the Scientific & Medical ART Imagebase

  1. Enter your topic or keyword in the search box.
